• Passport
  Valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
• Family Registration Certificate (FRC)
  Issued by NADRA.
• Photographs
  Size 35×45 mm, white background.
• CNIC / ID Card
  Clear copy of a valid national ID card.
• Bank Statement
  Last 6 months bank statement with a closing balance of PKR 6–8 lakh, attested from MOFA.
• Police Character Certificate
  Must be attested from MOFA.
• Bank Account Maintenance Certificate
  Issued by the applicant’s bank.
• NTN Certificate & Income Tax Returns
  NTN along with 2 years’ income tax returns.
